Delve into the world of artisanal, low-intervention wines from Central Europe including Slovenia and Austria. Together, we will demystify orange wines (not made from oranges!) and pét-nats; and explore how their unique profiles interact with intricate yet bold Asian flavours.
Guests will enjoy a curated flight of six wines (6 × 50ml), thoughtfully paired with six Asian-inspired bites.
