Established 1995
Founded at Dempsey Hill and now anchored in Singapore's Tan Boon Liat Building, Journey East is a primary source for original design. For three decades, we have curated a specific inventory: authentic Asian vintage, eco-friendly reclaimed teak, and contemporary international furniture.

The Showroom
We focus on materiality and provenance. The collection ranges from the organic character of solid wood dining tables and restored Art Nouveau pieces, to expansive designer sofas, marble coffee tables, and modern lighting. We are the official Singapore stockist for global design studios including dBodhi, United Strangers, Tala, Seletti, and Pappelina.

The Curation
A room is defined by its foundational objects. Since 1995, our approach to sourcing has remained objective: we look for authentic heritage, rigorous construction, and intentional craft. Whether it is an original midcentury find or a contemporary handwoven rug, our selection criteria is built strictly on longevity and casual luxury.
