On June 7th and 8th, Journey East hosted a special pop-up event where attendees had the first chance to try handcrafted, all-natural, gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free donuts. These "goodies with no baddies" were made fresh without preservatives or artificial ingredients. Pre-orders were also available for pickup.
The donuts, curated for the Singaporean palate, offered an artful balance of premium ingredients and familiar flavors:
- Cinnamon – This timeless classic paid tribute to the spice trade that put Singapore on the map with its old-school charm.
- Kopi – A rich, coffee-infused delight, this flavor appealed to those who appreciated a deep, aromatic brew.
- Golden Pineapple Lime – Inspired by the sweet tang of pineapple tarts, this was a truly tropical treat.
- Shiok Mint Chocolate – Velvety cacao paired with a hint of mint offered a sophisticated indulgence.
- Chai Spice – A complex mix of raspberry, cacao, and chili brought a surprising twist to each bite.
