Defined by a rare geometric profile, this Midcentury Modern Bookshelf combines open display with substantial enclosed storage. A pair of substantial, solid teak A-frame upright supports anchor the sides, tapering upward to frame two long open tiers. Each long shelf is cut from a single piece of solid wood, showcasing a beautiful patina to stage ceramics, art objects, or books.
The lower credenza balances functional variety with bold geometric detailing. On the left, a double-door cabinet opens to deep compartment storage, fitted with a pair of full-length, carved solid teak vertical pulls with curved concave profiles that meet at the center.
To the right, a slanted four-drawer stack introduces a distinct rhythm: the drawer faces are forward-canted with sharp bevelled returns, nesting flush against an angled outer side panel to create a sculptural louvred effect.
Crafted throughout from dense old-growth teak, the piece displays a storied wood grain across the door faces and top surfaces. This rare Midcentury Modern Bookshelf is perfect as an anchor piece for a living room wall.
