Modelled on 19th-century European silhouettes but executed through the lens of Asian artisanal craft, this cabinet is defined by its material weight and the meticulous application of reverse-painted glass. These exquisite original panels house hand-painted botanical murals.

The structure is a sophisticated meeting point of Neo-Renaissance influences and Asian motifs, featuring pilaster panels and a magnificent tiered crown cornice. The crown is anchored by a central sunburst pediment: a semicircular arc of radiating flutes that bridges Western architectural symmetry with a rhythmic Mandala influence. This focal point is punctuated by hand-carved Stupa finials—tiered, bell-shaped ornaments mirroring Southeast Asian temple architecture—which elevate the piece into a specific historical lineage.

The European Revival Style Cabinet is defined by intricate relief work that highlights its rare cultural overlap. The side panels feature the Majapahit Lotus, a traditional Javanese symbol of purity, while the front cross-beams are carved with an Acanthus leaf scroll. A slim, solid brass gallery rail wraps the front swing glass door, introducing a singular metallic line against the matte timber. To provide a more ventilated profile, the unit is elevated on turned spool legs that echo the geometry of the top finials.
