Colette Chair offers an abstract reference to the Vietnamese traditional script and a love letter to the craftsmanship of timber.
Its sweeping backrest forms a collar that’s instantly distinctive and inviting. Extended to ridges of the armrests and their rounded ends, the frame provides ample support for ease and comfort, lending the collection a level of formality and sophistication in any space.
Collette was born from the desire to create a wooden furnishing with the glow of artistic handcrafting, through which the person using the chair can get a sense of immaculate purity as well as warmth generated from both the material and the use of the chair in everyday life.
Made of ash wood, Collette’s backrest in curved solid wood is defined by an enveloping and sculptural band and supported by rectangular legs with radial angles.
